Actually you can setup marketing campaigns too, such as instant win contests, sweepstakes, offer coupons, photo contest and more and then easily track and respond to the branded activity created from these activities all in the same place. With the a free account available where you can run quizzes, photo contests and sweepstakes social media contests and utilize all of the functionality provided in your account without limitations. AgoraPulse functions as a CRM too with the ability to qualify and categorize leads. I liked AgoraPulse from the first moment I logged into my account. It's very easy to understand and intuitive to use compared to HootSuite. There may a bit of exploring necessary to get setup but that's to be expected and is kept to a minimum with such easy to use account features. The real time collaboration and communication possible in an active community is organized and easy with AgoraPulse. The chat support is very helpful with paid accounts. I would appreciate that bit of extra help should I need when I upgrade. I've had no reason to utilize AgoraPulse customer support yet, but by all account is is outstanding and open to feedback and suggestions too. The reporting is very useful as well with solid stats presented very visually. You can create weekly or monthly Powerpoint presentations for all of your Fanpages and social profiles. This would be useful for contractors or agencies to show clients, and social media department heads to report useful, professional data to upper management. The social listening tool would be awesome to identify and engage with brand advocates, to help preempt negative reviews and follow up with prospects and contest winners. I see more potential for this software as a social selling tool than any other I've encountered in my research into similar services available.

The Facebook, Instagram and Twitter integrations are great to have, but it would be nice to utilize Pinterest, LinkedIn and other rising social media networks. The listening tool could be more powerful it it listened across the entire web and not just the social media platforms it integrates with. The ability to curate content from social media pages or other places online would be outstanding. You can already publish posts and respond to comments very easily. As well as schedule posts for optimal timing, but to have to rely on original content is fine but not the only legitimate option for content marketing related in social media channels. Better search functionality would be good after a few month's of using AgoraPulse to make it easier to search everything and filter items while searching. The tagged FB page search is adequate but it would be nice to search for brand mentions and prospects with a standard keyword search.

This tool is a possible game changer in that it allows businesses to explore social selling and use viral contests as well as identify and engage with brand advocates and prospects all without leaving your account. There's unbelievable power available with AgoraPulse and a huge ROI possible too as their pricing is very fair and straightforward with amazing free options. Customer support is world class too making this a social media solution I highly recommend.
