Agendize

I think that the best part about Agendize is its ability and capability to have an online scheduling which makes it an exceptional option for customer service. I would also like to say that their online form requests are really great which adds more options to how we can support our customer.

I think that this software is great but still needs improvement to do in the future to come. If they could have trainings and community conference, or maybe webinars about the software to learn more about it on how some feature and option works then that will be great for the users.

Overall feedback with this tool is that there are still things that they need to do especially on its steep learning curve. At first, there is a hard time learning but further learning will do the tweak. Company should try first the tool before implementing it to see if this tool will fit your needs.
