Worth mentioning is also their one of a kind technical support system that you can greatly benefit from.

I must say the biggest downside is the set-up itself. As the expense report system takes 4-6 weeks for installation you can imagine how complex and overwhelming it can be. Though tech support is greatly knowledgeable and assisting, they are unfortunately available only during business hours which makes them hard to reach.

All-in-all, Aestiva and its’ thorough capabilities for employee expenses management with flexible workflow provides outstanding service quality. Extensive reporting possibilities with well-automated functions allows you to manage expenses seamlessly and without much trouble. Though installation takes a while, it is worth the wait and therefore, I definitely suggest it to any user, especially medium-sized enterprises.
