What was the best part about using AdvantageNFP?

AdvantageNFP is a nonprofit Customer relationship management (CRM) software that provides the organizations the solutions for fundraising and donor management. It is a contact relationship administration solution that helps the user to oversee data of contacts. The software is fully customizable according to the needs of the user and saves a lot of time of the user is managing the donation. It is an all in one solution that offers the user contact, fundraising and event management system that helps him to record and manage the information about various departments. The software is mainly used by the non-profitable organizations and associations. The cost of the software is very reasonably priced as compared to other competitive software providing similar services.

What would you change about your experience with AdvantageNFP?

The major drawback of AdvantageNFP software is that it lacks some features such as verifications of the emails that need to be more score and the user does not have control over it. There is no option to differentiate the spam contacts and the real ones. The spam contacts increase the workload of the user to check and remove them which eventually decrees the efficiency of the organization. For better functioning of this CRM software, the spam contacts should automatically detect and to be removed to save the time of the user. The company also does not provide the free trial version of the software that makes the user unable to test the software’s capabilities before buying the software.

Overall Feedback

AdvantageNFP is a wonderful solution for the engineers and venture supervisor. It is the best software to maintain the data in a database in an organized manner and to build the customer relationship stronger. Overall, I recommend AdvantageNFP software to all the non-profitable organizations that are in need of such useful management solution.
