Advantage Anywhere

Advantage Anywhere is a very intelligent system. It has eliminated the vast majority of the "busy work" in my day, freeing me up to focus on the more fruitful tasks & conversations. It automates most of my to-do list but still allows every communication to go out with the personal touch we're known for. The tracking and reporting have also been a deal saver- Even small tasks no longer fall through the cracks (which makes our clients happy too!).

There are a few hiccups here and there with some of the functionality (very minor things that are more of an annoyance than a hindrance) but they've always been very quick to correct them- usually same day. So far, there's really nothing I would change.

Support has been phenomenal. They're very pleasant, responsive and willing to work with each individual client to create a work flow best-suited for their industry. The system is easily customized and user-friendly. I think we've only just scratched the surface on what this system can actually do. It takes some time but if you put in the effort up front (in regard to completing system customization before roll-out) you'll be far better for it. We saw a spike in staff productivity and sales traffic in the first two weeks alone. It has proven to be very smart investment!
