This software features a unified human capital management solution that can help in the human resource management that is well suited for large companies and enterprises. The user interface design has a user friendly platform where users can easily generate adhoc reports without putting too much effort rather than the manual process.

From my experience, some of its features are not functioning well in a Firefox site that we have to call for technical support. Also, the mobile application have limited functions. I have also observed that the implementation is complex even when following the module and guidelines provided with the software.

For users who might want to implement this should read and gain knowledge on how to use this software. But since this product is still new in the marketplace, it still has features that it can improve and still has a long way to go. The decision is still with the users whether they will choose to implement this or not.
