ADP Vantage HCM

ADP Vantage HCM is a software that can do the work of two different software, i.e. of HR software and Payroll. Just one login and you can do both tasks. All major activities like hiring, recruiting, staffing, etc. of HR and payroll tasks of managing the finances of employees and getting their taxation done can be done in one program. This feature makes it a really useful and efficient software in the era of so many HR and Payroll software coming up in the market these days. It's a really easy and user-friendly software that doesn't require much training. Since we have moved to ADP Vantage HCM, our finances are really under control as it helps to keep a check on both employee work and their finances. They have a very wonderful technical support team, who are always there to assist you in the case of any problem faced.

ADP is an amazing software but it also has some drawbacks. The major one is that it does not retain history and don't remember credentials. In case you forget the credentials, it will become really difficult for you to recover your data. The software is indeed best for the small business organisations, but not a good choice if you need it for large companies. It would be beneficial if the free trial is provided so that new users can first try and then buy. I could not find any other disadvantages in this wonderful software.

Overall, ADP is a multi-functional software and a must have for small business organisations to manage your recruitment and hiring tasks as well as managing your finances and employees salaries. You would be highly benefitted by its use. My company is using it for 2 years and with each passing day, we find it more useful. A highly recommendable software from my side if you want to make your company work better and manage your expenses.
