Adobe Social

Adobe Social software integrates properly with CRMs platforms and web Analytics. You can easily setup at the beginning a demo ! It has a very good interface and in one dashboard you have a look on all your social media marketing pages. It has nice publishing tool and templates are also available. You can easily tag your analytics for customization and tracking.

Adobe Social lacks some features that are present on HootSuite for example, like Socially Integrated Sales, Social Promotions. It doesn't have an RSS Feed Publishing. Adobe Social can get content or listen from Facebook and Twitter as well as Video hosting websites like YouTube. In a matter of integration as far as I used this tool it doesn't have an open API for developers which isn't so cool ! It is available in the United States. Adobe Social doesn't have a stand-alone platform or dashboard.

It is a great tool but still limited in some ways. It has the ability to create social apps from within the tool with a simple drag and drop UI. You can track your competitors' social Facebook pages which are nice ! You can access analytics backward for more than 3 months. It connects easily to other Adobe products (Adobe Marketing Cloud). They have plenty of another tool in their suite which can be frustrating and maybe costly !
