The problems start with sending two identically named documents into one package, software thinks that they are the same, which keeps us from sending those two documents in one package. Also, if you mess up something up with the contract and then send it, you cant go back and edit it, is finished and you have to do it all again from the beginning. Moreover, there is no way how to organize sent documents. I think the user`s interface should be more intuitive. I have read that iPhone app is very glitchy, but apart from that, there is nothing else I did not particulary like.
