At first I hesitated to switch on electronic way to sign. The first thing that was on my mind is losing personal touch to my customers. It turned out as effective and faster way for improving business abilities. I can send and receive signed documents in a minute. Additionally, I can track the date of sending and receiving. In the opposite, customer signs and returns in a minute. So, all signing work is done so quickly. This app is available also on phone or tablet. Customer can choose to sign online or to print and sign on paper. As though I must take care of security, it is much faster way for doing business. Solution is easy to access.

When we talk about drawbacks there are some. I noticed as well as my customers, when I send them email it is named as they are receiving from "Echosign" altogether with some advert. Some of my customers told me they have considered my emails as spam. I don’t really like to hear something like that. After all, I depend on my customer’s opinion and their satisfaction. On top of all, integration is provided only in Premium plan and the price on the annual level is not acceptable. In my opinion, it sounds as a good idea but implementation didn’t outcome very well. I am also disappointed with Adobe customer support. When we had to sign and work on implementation, we had some problems and support didn’t come to fix.

I would recommend Echosign for any company for a faster, more efficient sales solution. After all, it saves your time and improves your productivity. The one thing you should keep on your mind is that you will need to solve your issues on your own. Support is their weak point.
