I Love that I can send a contract and know right when someone opens it that they did. I can also see that they didn't open it. As a Sales person, I get pretty stressed about the status of a contract. EchoSign reduces that stress because I don't have to wonder if they've looked at it, I already know. That means I can tell if it is more likely that I am being avoided or if the prospect is actively reviewing it. I also love that I know immediately when someone signs. It is the best feeling in the world when you see that a document has been signed.

I wish it would work better on mobile devices so that our employees didn't have to always use desktops. I highly recommend Adobe eSign services! They have helped our company turn a very small portion of our recruitment process into a quick and easy step for all! As a result, we are hiring quicker and receiving the signed documents that we need.

Our organization was looking for an automated way to have Physicians sign a Confidentiality and Security Agreement, track the signatures, and provide weekly statistics. The signature was required to have access to a Physician wireless network. The signature process was the start of a work flow that was designed to send instructions on joining the network to the Physician after the required document was signed.
