Powerful cross-channel marketing

What was the best part about using Adobe Campaign?

Adobe Campaign is their marketing automation and management software suite which is available mostly for mid-size to Enterprise class businesses it would seem. In the interest of transparency I have only spent good time with their resources and documentation while have done research via reviews as well. Though considering my background in marketing and business and having reviewed over three hundred business software in the last six weeks, or so, I feel I can communicate about it's value and that should help someone out there. This software addresses three major aspects of your marketing and that would be your campaigns, offers and personalization. The suite is designed to be cross platform meaning possible to deploy and track with digital and traditional offline based media. The idea is to not only reach out using this platform with social, mobile, email and other channels but to enable a context that facilitates growing stronger relationships between your brand and customers. By delivering your message or offer and experience to your customer that is highly consistent and measurable across channels by planning to automate marketing in the most personalized way possible across the most targeted channels for your best return on investment. It is both an inbound and outbound marketing platform which uses a variety of communication channels to increase your brand awareness including email, social media, web based, direct mail, call center, kiosk and POS based sales channels so it's very comprehensive in it's cross-channel marketing capabilities. Combined with a great team this is a seriously powerful option for your marketing. I believe the targeting is very sophisticated and helps you reach specific audiences across channels which is great. I've noted the email rendering always adaptive and responsive. You can use customer profiles to help you create the optimal campaigns. The system is designed to adapt to changing behaviors and preferences of your customers and is not a run of the mill feature so to speak regarding targeting strategies.

What would you change about your experience with Adobe Campaign?

I simply wish you could try it out even though the scope is clearly large scale and requires intensive planning and execution it would be nice to get a look at the usability of the platform without having to contact their sales team just like nearly all of their other products. It seems slightly odd not being able to test an Adobe software out and I want to because I find them to be fairly awesome in general.

Overall Feedback

Overall, it's not the most accessible marketing software suite on the market but I would certainly include it one day in our marketing efforts should the growth of our brand justify it. Though it would depend on all of the data at the point even though this is an ridiculously powerful solution that is completely measurable. As long as the Adobe team is proficient and your team executes the plan to a tee, I believe this is sound option because you can measure everything so you can determine your exact ROI. That's all you can ask in a campaign management software as long as it works seamlessly and your team is competent you are in a lot of control and can adapt your campaign ongoing and in many ways.
