AddressTwo

It does everything that we need it to do. We used to use Constant Contact and found that with everything we wanted to do, it was an extra cost or an add-on. AddressTwo is simple to use and clear cut with pricing. We are able to sent simple emails as well as mass-email marketing. The platform is so easy to use and has allowed us to communicate simply and seamlessly with our clients.

The only thing that I would change is the ability to adjust the field names, or the basic set-up for the contacts database. We have a niche business and the setup fields for our contacts is slightly different than that of a typical business. Having the ability to adjust that information would be very helpful, but it is not an absolute necessity.

Switching to AddressTwo is one of the better decisions that we have made for our business over the years. The customer service is top-notch and I have never had a question or issue that has not been responded to immediately. If you are looking for a CRM platform that is easy to use, can handle all of your communication needs and all at a reasonable price, AddressTwo is definitely the way to go.
