This is one of the customer relationship management software tools I surveyed for our start up. Their claim is to be the simplest CRM so I put it to the test as I've discovered some truly simple CRM's otherwise during my research. The dashboard is not conventional comparatively speaking as the main menu doesn't utilize the conventional terminology found in others but it's relatively straight forward. I like that you can integrate Google Calendar even if you had not signed up for your account using this email address. The marketing feature is quite powerful in that it allows you to add web forms which will collect leads and populate them in your CRM. You can also utilize email marketing with trigger based events which is good. The contact import via CSV is not much different than others during my testing requiring mapping of fields and it is quite straight forward with a Youtube video tutorial to help.

Personally, I don't find the Pipeline tab to be intuitive. I prefer a highly visual pipeline with drag and drop technology to allow you to move leads through stages. In the Action Center column on the left side it created my test contact three times and when I clicked on one it opened in a new window and hung up with a blank white screen. It would be good to have more contact import functionality perhaps LinkedIn, Gmail or others. It would also be good to have more integrations in general to third party services such as email marketing services for example. As I believe in the deliverability of industry trusted, specialized sources in this regard. Later into my trial experience when I clicked on any of the main menu tabs it simply hung up and did not enable, eventually leading an error which started with this; Server Error in '/' Application and followed by a full page of error code. Which brought about an end to my session as I had to close down the entire page and login again.

My interest is not to create bad reviews for any company but I have to be honest in that I didn't find this customer relationship management tool overly intuitive in any way. The terminology they are using isn't conventional and the sales pipeline isn't as seamless as I've experienced otherwise. The pricing is affordable but the value not as good as one free CRM I've discovered. The lack of integrations is another issue in my opinion as it's not likely that a CRM is the only SAAS used so this creates a better workflow by not having to login to multiple services, and to integrate third party email marketing would be beneficial as well. Nonetheless, there is a free trial with no credit required so there's no risk involved in seeing if you have a better experience. Perhaps it's a good fit for your business and sales team.
