AddressTwo

Coming off a bloated and complex CRM (Goldmine), we were looking for a program that was easy to learn, use and maintain. What we found in AddressTwo was a simple program that fulfilled our needs in tracking our daily contact activities with those in our database. Because we are a virtual business with remote staff members we need to know what others may have said or done. Our staff is comfortable in recording their work in AddressTwo when they open mail, exchange emails, invoice, talk on the phone, etc. We could write more glowing praises about AddressTwo, but the best part about using AddressTwo is their personal service. They really care about their clients.

Perhaps the worst part about using AddressTwo is the limited feature set... or is it? It has almost everything we need and we left Goldmine because it was bloated, complex and very expensive. We rated the limited feature set of AddressTwo as four stars... but that may be a good thing because it means we have fewer learning curves :-).

We recommend AddressTwo. We have more than 35,000 contacts in our AddressTwo database and some have a history that dates back ten year! We like the fact that it provides the every day needs associated with a CRM. AddressTwo requires no manual updates that changes the way you use it. No outrageous maintenance fees and no frustrating calls to foreign call centers. In ten years of use, we have had no thoughts of leaving AddressTwo.
