This was a full service digital marketing firm I was in contact with recently to learn more about their services. We are an ecommerce based start up and were interested in an integrated marketing campaign from them. They had a ton of awards and certifications which was always good to note to help verify credibility. They were Better Business Bureau but they were listed and had no complaints at all in the previous three years. Being able to see a company in the BBB prior to contacting them is a huge factor in my opinion which helps facilitate trust immediately in prospects in my opinion. They had a respectable SEO Woorank of seventy four which was acceptable and about the average I've noticed while doing this research. I like when a marketing company uses their own services it helps to indicate that they are active and leading by example in my opinion. There were not a lot of testimonials on the site but those I read were truly outstanding in their praise of so that was good to see. I was also able to find several other positive testimonials available off of their site as well.

From a presales perspective there was not a lot to dislike about this company. Their own web design was not the most innovative that I had seen during this research in fact it was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. But perhaps that sets the stage for their ability to under promise and over deliver. And otherwise doesn't affect their ability to perform services so it's non-issue though while surveying top rated companies it sometimes came down to minor things such as this. It clearly seems like it would be a great place to work yet for their focus on this culture I didn't note any corporate responsibility beyond their team. I am not criticizing this at all I just believe if everything else seems quite similar between a few agencies such as this it's one way that they could further differentiate themselves from the competition as I always find it to be awesome to see companies caring beyond their own bottom line.

They had a strong educational component on their site with lots of valuable content for prospects and I appreciated it. They also have several case studies with some of them having great performance metrics to indicate client successes. As well as a unique process and methodology in regards to the arts, culture and entertainment industries with their approach to creative storytelling while utilizing technology. This was a unique value proposition and so was genuinely looking forward to how this could be applied to our brand. Though I don't believe they responded to my request for information through their online submission form and we went in another direction. I removed three voicemails around this time mistakenly from my new smartphone. If one of them was theirs I apologize but there was not a response to be found in my email inbox when I double checked which would have been nice. Regardless of our disconnect this is a legitimate company with a lot of positive aspects going for it and certainly believe they are worth connecting with to learn if their the best fit for your business.
