What was the best part about using ActiveTrail?

ActiveTrail is a powerful CRM that requires patience and time to be skilled in the many uses. The phone tech support is brilliant. Every support person is articulate, patient, well-versed on the product and we spend ample time till the questions are answered and the solution is solved. I have never seen a company that I have had 100% perfection in tech support team.

What would you change about your experience with ActiveTrail?

The product is so powerful that there is a steep learning curve, and thanks to the tech support that is always available, so our team is learning the foundations and details effectively.

Support. Every platform has a learning curve, the support team goes way beyond. Every time we call, the technician seems excited to assist in helping up. Email sales campaigns are more powerful than the other competing products. As our business model has changed in 31 years, ActiveTrail is assisting in making the transition smooth.
