Act-On

Act-On is very easy to use and it meets our requirements. Instead of having too many software solutions this is multi-functional. It’s very important integration with CRM system. That way I can track assets, email campaign, social media and synchronize all I need. I’m able to track my campaign's progress so I find myself a step away of my competitors. From my experience, it is the best of all I’ve tried till now because it is reach in features. Customer support is quick in respond and very useful and helpful. I also like working on update every two weeks. In my opinion it needs to look more modern. I’m satisfied with feature that provides data I can generate after every campaign.

Although Act-On lets you be as creative as you would like, sometimes putting together email templates can be complicated. It can be a little difficult to find data on specific items. You should have some previous experience with similar apps to request and use customized subdomains for your landing pages. Even it is not drawback, I wish if there is more flexibility with reporting. I don’t understand why it isn’t as popular as other its competitors.

It is reliable app and price is also great. When you are provided my advice is to take trial ant test if solution does your tasks. If you are planning to expand your business and later upgrade client numbers you should be aware of additional costs. Act-on is for small to medium business with smaller database.
