Act-On

Among the many software tools which impress on using the sales and engagement platforms - Act-On is relatively simple to learn and implement. It offers a plethora of features including Lead management, Automates sales alerts, List management, Social media capabilities, Reporting features, and Integration with other systems - including Salesforce. In addition, the Act-on Customer service management is excellent in proactively tending to issues and the the technical proficiency is very high.

I have not experienced any particular negative experience on using the Act-On software so am happy with it.However, few of our colleagues reported that the reporting features for some applications are not customization friendly and also on the social media front very difficult to track the metrics. Sometimes I feel that there are so many features to explore and decide what in particular is needed for your application - Problem of Plenty - A Good Head-ache for a change!

Our organization uses Act-On for better engagement with our customers. The integration with Salesforce is the best thing to take place and helps us track activities and analyze the lead scoring. The segmentation set up is also very easy and the features of automated messages are highly appreciated. Also it is cost effective and is a very robust system with very few instances of crashes.
