Act-On

Act-On has very good and simple user interface. Act-on is easy to use, very intuitive and can be setup quickly. It has plenty of advanced features and it has an email composer which works well. Act-On integrates very well with SalesForce so far. Act-On has all necessary and even advanced capabilities for a marketing automation software..

Despite all, Act-On has some lacks. I would like to see better menus and tabs. Act-On Automated program generator is not so easy to use and they should improve it. Act-On once integrated with SalesForce , it does not send automatically data to SalesForce which is bit annoying. I would say Act-On is very good software and does not miss a lot more smoothness and flexibility.

Act-On customer service is very good and the staff is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Act-On to any kind of business no matter its size. It is priced reasonably and it can be affordable by any company. Act-On still needs to include more features to facilitate the work of sales person.
