Act-On

Integrates with any CRM we looked at and has a native integration for Salesforce as well as others like Dynamcis and Sugar. Their UI is top notch. They have automated drip campaigns, SEO tools, social media tools, landing page builder. They also have lead scoring and just put in place multiple score sheets. They also give you coaching so you can get great use out of the tool. We moved from Hubspot and are very happy.

Form builder needs a little more work to look like the rest of the product. Would also be nice to have some more social listening tools, but we integrated with Oktopost easily so that solved most of our needs. We are still learning about more features in the product and I was surprised by the amount of reports I can run. Was hoping for some more customized dash boards, but we have used the funnel reports to see what we want to see.

Act-On is a very easy to use marketing automation tool that has lots of features for a marketer to use. The implementation was quick and took less than 30 days. Act-On seems to update their product a lot and they now have lots of templates to create content quickly. We are also very happy with the integration with Salesforce.
