What was the best part about using Act-On?
We are using Act-On in our business in advertising and selling products throug online marketing, lead development campaigns, net attitude observing, A/B examinig of acountable lines, and layout. It authorize us to be more productive by automating numerous assignment. It is very easy to use, building good looking emails without some HTML.
It is unified with salesforce, extremely we apply it to analyse the conduct of our leads before contacting them. We further use the daily site information for checking and monitoring site interaction. With the lead scoring that helps emphasize which leads to contact first, that makes our time usage well. Other than that their last updates to segmentation are great. The capable of the custom logic to build complex segments not difficult.
With excellent customer service. Fast to answer your concerned its either phone calls or sending through email.They strongly look for answers from different references like technical support, engineers and client side modification (CRM).
What would you change about your experience with Act-On?
So far, We don't have any problem using this software. As a metter of fact it is very helpful and useful in our daily tasks, our services, and selling products. We uses it primarily, in our marketing department. And the features they offer are very easy to set up. And my only concern is that to have a features that will automatically stop during non working days. That you don't need to pause it manually.

Act-On is great business software, it is simple to operate marketing system that saves you more time in configuring campaigns, and landing pages. And I guess it is advisable to any size of businesses. And the customer service is fantastic. Professional and very quick to response. And the price is not that that bad.
