The Act-on product include product with functionality that include Lead Management, Batch email Marketing automated drip Marketing and real time Sales alerts. Its interface is easy to use. I appreciate its simple layout and ability to drag and drop drip campaign schedules. Deliver ability has been a big improvement since I switch to Act-on.

Act-on missing some core features that other competitors are having. Automation Marketing products like Pardot are offering more features as compared to Act-on. Also we need extensive training to use this application. But with the passage of time this tools will be prove effective. Overall functionality is great. Customer Support si also great
