Aconex

One very fortunate aspect of Aconex is the cloud-based tool so you don’t have to download and install anything. Another important thing to bring out of course are the features – from document management and mailing to bidding, packages and full-scale reporting, it can pretty much run every single task and therefore takes quite a big load off your shoulders!

Aconex could see some improvement when it comes to the actual user experience as for example the login process is a bit tough and required every single time when using. This of course is a bit of a nitpicking, the main lack I find would be the lack of a free trial which would enable to get a quick yet comprehensive overview on what you are about to purchase.

On most parts you will find Aconex being flexible and well-usable tool thanks to the extent of features it is packed with. If they would also enable a trial period of some sorts, it would provide transparency and reliability from the day one of using it, therefore encouraging also new users to step into the world of their technological platform.
