Their audits are conducted in a very professional manner but , I think they need to improve their statistics package when we compare it with peers. Even calculating median, Q25, Q75 takes a toll on the users. It also lacks the ability to create a "user defined function" incase the users have technical knowledge. Their customer support is very good, which covers up for the above needs from their service.
