No. As I answered to the same question posted about our DONATION program, all versions of our programs are installed Windows programs. Given that what you will do most of the time with the software is data entry, it really doesn't make much sense to use it on a phone! The closest we come to a web app is an upcoming version, called the Web Network Version, where the software is still installed on your computer(s), but your data lives (securely) in the cloud.
