AccountingSuite

AccountingSuite does all of the basics that I need for business. It helps me with a lot of different day-to-day functions that I have struggled with off and on in the past. This was one of the first software programs that I decided to try, because I had done a majority of these processes by hand. One of the main reasons that I chose AccountingSuite is that it is not very expensive; it starts off fairly cheap. This is great when you compare it with other software options available on today’s market. It is also very user friendly; for something that I was so unfamiliar with, I was grateful that this was not difficult to use.

I do wish that AccountingSuite provided more options. Although I really can’t complain due to the cost, it would have been nice to see other things. It provides Accounts Payable/Receivable, different tracking features for your finances, and a general ledger. I would have liked to be able to generate different reports and predictions for future expenses, but I’m happy with this basic software. As I mentioned before, it did take some getting used to when I first started using AccountingSuite. I cannot completely attribute this to the program, however, because I am new to the use of this sort of technology, but I felt it needed to be mentioned in case I was not the only one who felt this way.

I was pretty well impressed with the quality of this software, and the overall functionality. It was very responsive and customer support was quick to help me with any issues that I had. Although there are people who would probably prefer something more advanced, this certainly did what I needed it to for my purposes. I’m not sure how long I’ll stick with this one, but I would recommend it to people who are looking for something affordable and easy to use.
