Seeing all those online complaints about them and feeling validated. The complaints are the same.

Once their invoice was paid in full? I was chasing the project. After missing a crucial deadline, that they advised BEFORE payment they would work overtime to meet, they had no issue advising that they had other emails to get to and I would have to wait like everyone else. I found extremely poor attention to details. Does one really have to point out that proper nouns should be capitalized? Work in more than a few instances was sloppy and not visually pleasing. Instructions repeated and resent in writing were still missed. The firm DID rectify errors and oversights made in a prompt fashion BUT without ownership or apology. I ended up having to hire another firm to complete the work. After spending over $1000.00 for very basic web-site revisions, below was what was sent to my by their employee, Orlando, "Next time you hire someone, please make sure your expectations are realistic because you can't afford a Ferrari dream with a Honda Civic budget." Over $1000 to edit website content is a Honda Budget. Still trying to obtain the correct access from them for wordpress so their replacement can complete the work. Would I use them or recommend them? Would anyone?

There are complaints all over the internet with a similar theme: Once they have your $$$...good luck on your project.
