99ATS is a wonderful software for any staffing firm or bigger corporation as it’s really one of the easiest management softwares, meaning literally anyone can work with it, and it’s very affordable. It has even a free Outlook plugin – definitely a big bonus to it. Thanks to wide reporting and management features, I can’t say it would lack in any functions or there would be something I miss! It has it all, which makes it for a wonderful, helpful tool.

While it is a great program and function-packed, I miss the self service option that some it’s peers have. Also, as it’s very function-packed, a beginner-user might have some concerns or issues, but I wouldn’t say it’s customer service is the best. They are not very timely and not always will you get a solution to your problem. It might depend on situations, but that’s the only downside we have ever encountered.

99ATS is a great tool and will help every company – not only bigger corporations. It’s truly function-packed and runs smoothly without any errors. Though I miss self service option and at times the customer service is not 100% on top with things, these are minor issues. As it’s affordable and has great functionality, I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t like to give it a try.
