8x8

8x8 is very good product and it's near to be perfect. It is cloud based unified communications for small and medium businesses. It does integrate VoIP , Fax, Web conferencing, and Chat in one single solution. You get unlimited local and long distance calling and also some international calling. It has an easy to use web interface.

I liked much 8x8 and there are not much issues to report or dislike except some incovenience with technical and customer support. But still I got say that sharing in Web conferencing doesn't work sometimes. 8x8 has a slightly odd call quality. Despite those, I would suggest 8x8 solution to any smal and medium busines who looks for features-rich service.

Small and medium size companies will see good ROI advantage after using 8x8 Virtual Office Pro comapring to the traditional offers from other companies. There have been some bad reports on the customer service for un responsiveness. 8x8 technical support is poor. I hope they work on make it better.
