8X8 is a great tol that allows you to reach people anywhere they are, may it be via voice, chat, video calling or conference calls. 8X8 is a robust tool that answers all my requirements for my communication needs. I could access it through my iPhone thus offers me convenience. I could check on my internal and external clients anytime I need to get in touch with them.

I do not think of anything I dislike with 8X8. If there was one to share it would be wrong charges or billing sent to me. I immediately contacted their customer service and sooner they were able to make proper adjustments since it is a valid dispute. After that one and only issue, nothing follows and I hope none to come.

If you are looking for a robust phone connection, I suggest that you try 8X8. They provide me ease, comfort and convenience. I never had issues contacting both my internal and external clients. The ability for you to contact someone may it be for business or personal purposes is highly doable. The charges are very fair thus you have nothing to complain about.
