The only obstacle is that this application is restricted to limited countries. Countries like Europe, Singapore are out of the list. You will not face any problem while using this decent tool, but still if u do get any problem, it would be probably instantly solved by the customer service department.

Fax service is also available while using it on the desktop which indeed makes it a unique one in its category as this service is not provided by any other VoIP so far. With better quality provided by them each day, I will surely suggest this one to everyone.
