Hello and thanks for the question. We find most people can get set up in minutes, and then importing their team can be done from a CSV file, or we can email an Excel file for larger customers. Just send us an email to the support team if you have any other questions or issues at all. If you have 500 or more employees, we offer free onboarding, meaning we will do all the work, and set up employees, segments, questions, etc for you.
