I was interested to learn why they are rated near the top of their industry based on review sites and what separates them from their competition which are also top rated.

There is very little to help a prospect feel confident about this company. I have reached out to give them the benefit of the doubt regarding a quote for our web development project, but thought it would be prudent to let others know about my experience. Though I did not hear back from them unless it was one of the three voicemails I mistakenly deleted when I was learning my new smartphone around this time. Though I searched my email manually and did not see anything in the week after I requested more information. Based on how well nearly all of their competition found on the same popular review site are able to verify credibility with metrics, reviews, BBB accreditation and more this company is seriously lacking and unfortunately I would not honestly recommend this company to anyone.
