What was the best part about dealing with 2 webdesign Inc.?

Look....they have many clients I'm sure and most might be happy. We had an extremely bad experience though. From taking forever to get answers to delays of all kinds....couldn't help but feel we were their last priority....we waited patiently for months...and then finally gave up and went elsewhere.

What would you change about your experience with 2 webdesign Inc.?

For us...everything. the folks there seemed really nice and we're personable on the phone....but otherwise horrid. No service, no sense of urgency and no time frames. The left hand didn't know what the right was doing....and even the management made us feel like we were the issue....and not them.

Overall Feedback

Stay away. I couldn't believe our experience....still can't. ..but I wouldn't recommend them if I was paid to.
