This was a search engine optimization and digital marketing company we were interested in learning more about to see if they were the best fit for our ecommerce based SEO campaign. They were listed in the Better Business Bureau which was good to see with no complaints in the previous three years. Their website SEO rank was in the mid-seventies which was an indicator that they were leading by example with their own services. They provided customized search engine optimization plans with a focus on the clients return on investment. There were clients listed with several video testimonials as well which I appreciated. It's great to see they linked to Facebook and Google+ reviews externally of their website as well. There were case studies available including key performance metrics which I really liked seeing. And in their case studies they claimed to help at least one company remove a Google penalty which showed a good level of technical expertise. They maintained a current blog which had valuable content for prospects and helped to validate that they are currently active in their field as well. And they were active in their community helping worthy causes which is awesome to see a company care beyond their own bottom line.

From a presales point of view as a prospect there was nothing to dislike about this company upfront. They had one of the strongest cases to be made as a company with complete integrity, credibility and transparency which was relatively rare during my research phase having looked into a lot of companies.

Based on their strong presales strategy I had reached out to learn more about their services and obtain a quote for our search engine optimization campaign and was curious to know if they could help us as a Canadian client seeing as their website seemed quite branded to their locality in the U.S. And I had contacted them via their online submit form on a holiday weekend so knew to be patient for a response but was looking forward to hearing back from their representative. And I received a quick response and persistent yet polite follow ups from their team member Cristian which I appreciated. Their pricing was quite reasonable but simply a bit beyond our scope as a start up currently as I am responsible for an entire integrated marketing campaign with the lower end of the range provided. However, this was among the strongest companies I had the opportunity to research and there is every reason to believe they would help you to grow your online business so I recommend them.
