This relatively unique software as a service focuses on the cultural aspect of running of a business which I can appreciate from an integral perspective. It gives a voice to employees by allowing feedback based on work based goals as well as rate the performance of managers so it holds all parties to a deeper level of accountability thus allowing you to facilitate greater trust and loyalty based on feedback. You dashboard is very minimalist and uses an inbox style of design. The user interface as a whole is very intuitive to learn and begin using quickly. Feedback is integrated into reports which can be reviewed and shared while enabling greater cross-communication and streamlines the process of filtering ideas in order to take action. Reporting is interactive while remaining clear and visual. There are automated emails which employees can respond to directly and summary reports which can occur daily. The gamification feature is great to see and promotes healthy competition for your team internally. You are able to take surveys and it's mobile accessibility makes it easy to utilize across all devices. They also have several impressive marquee clients which helps validate their credibility in my opinion.

I believe the benefits would outweigh the risks in most cases especially for large teams, but the pricing for companies under fifty is a bit steeper than is viable in my opinion. I wish there were a lower pricing plan in this case perhaps two or three dollars per user for teams under twenty five but that's just my opinion.

I have also noticed there is a lack of focus generally speaking in the cultural aspect of running a business which is one of my core competencies. This is a fresh take on a centralized way to increase accountability and loyalty. I love gamification in business and know from experience that it can have a tremendous positive influence on team morale and bottom line results. It's the first of this sort of software as a service that I have discovered so I will look into others to ensure it's the best fit for our smaller but growing company, but it's hard to deny the internal benefits of such a simple, consolidated approach to improving your team from within and I recommend taking a look at it.
