What was the best part about dealing with 10 Pound Gorilla?

Their sales pitch was good. Unfortunately, they did not meet the basic requirements of administrating our site.

What would you change about your experience with 10 Pound Gorilla?

They were quite insistent that we change our web host to one they like. The transition cost over 4X more than the highest estimated cost, and we were not informed of the overrun until after the time had been spent. Numerous requests for a price check-in were ignored. I personally think a lot of the time was a work style issue and not really something that another person or organization would have incurred, or if they did, would have charged for.

Overall Feedback

This has been costly, time-consuming and frustrating. While I believe this team is knowledgeable, they are not good at working with customers. Everything that goes wrong (which in our case was numerous things) is not their fault...
