Hi Irina. We again apologize that Nestio has not met your expectations. While we've discussed this matter directly, we hope you don't mind if we provide some context for CrowdReview Readers.
Nestio agreed to work with Azure Group NY with the mutual understanding that they were a management company that had agreements directly with building owners. We accurately represented ourselves as a business solution that would act both as a inventory management tool and a distribution platform to advertise these listings on third party sites.
Many of these third party sites that we syndicate to only allow management companies who have agreements with the owners to post their listings. This is their policy, not ours. When we discovered that Azure Group had misrepresented itself and was in fact a third party working with a management company (not meeting the terms of service for third party listings sites), we promptly communicated that this meant that they would not be a good fit for our platform and refunded their second month of payment as a gesture of goodwill. Because of the work we do up front for each of our clients, we did retain a single month's fee, which itself did not even recoup the expense associated with selling and onboarding Azure Group NY. We wish Azure group had been upfront with us during the sales process so we could have avoided this frustration.
