* A full Knowledge Base covering all the aspects of usage
* In-app tutorials and step by step guides
* In-app hover help points
In addition to the above we offer a number of screen-sharing, demo sessions in the initial period of evaluation of the software where initial user questions are addressed. Again that's a free service. (more)

Will this software work with my iPhone?

We have thoroughly tested the web application and it is fully functional and well laid out over any iPhone or Android phone and any iPad/Android tablet.
We may also provide a native iOS/Android app in the future but unfortunately it's not possible to determine now when this will be available. (more)

It would depend on the specific feature. That feature would be pushed to our entire customer base. So to evaluate whether we would develop it for you certain criteria will need to be met such as a. whether the rest of the customer base would benefit from it b. the complexity of the feature and how well it fits with existing functionality c. available resources on our part at the time of the request d. how urgent the request is e. any costs and budget associated with the effort. Having said that, bear in mind also that this has happened frequently in the past and given the weekly new releases it's quite likely for small requests to be met while longer ones are more challenging. Megaventory pricing policy is a flat subscription fee which includes all its features, live chat and email support, and all technical and security updates and upgrades for as long as the subscription is maintained.
