For a long time I had been looking for software which would enable me manage workforce in our company. Fortunately, I trampled on Fairsail HRIS and decided to give it a try. The software was simple to use. I did not require any assistance despite the fact that I was using it for the first time. I was excited. It was also easy to install. It took me just a few minutes and I was through with the installation. This excellent software enabled me to coordinate workforce in a very efficient way. I was able to engage them in different activities aimed towards achieving the objective of the organization. Employees were also impressed by its amazing functionality. Fairsail HRIS comes with easy configuration. This allowed us to carry out changes within our company without necessarily asking for support. In addition, its reporting functionality is just superb. I loved every bit about it. Furthermore, the software implements tasks fast. Its speed is just incredible. Unlike other scheduling softwares out there which are expensive, Fairsail HRIS is very affordable. We didn’t spend much of the company’s money to aquire it.But it has done a lot for us. The software comes with excellent support. I wanted to inquire how it works. I called the support team and they explained everything to me. I was so happy.

I took me some considerable amount of time to full understand all the software capabilities. It has so many features and offers a wide range of functionality.

If there is any software that can help managers perfectly manage work force in organizations, then Fairsail HRIS is the best choice. It works well, is easy to use and cost effective when compared with other softwares in the same category.

With the cloud-based solution service that if offers, this software had helped customers with regards to the managing of the life cycle of each employees in terms of the performance management and tracking of their time entry. Also, the platform has a simple feature which beginners and professionals can get used to.

I have not experience any issues so far with this software. But I am actually concerned on some of its features which I think still need some upgrades that can be suitable for large companies. Still, this tool has been a great software specifically for supporting different languages on its platform.

This software has been working and put their efforts in bringing the best software. Though we all know that most of the software are not that perfect, this tool has been improving all along. But for users, I still advice to have a test drive on this software so that you will be able to know which one id fitted for you to use.

Fairsail is a great cloud based tool that could help HR team perform their overall responsibilities to their employees and other factors connected to HR tasks. After we started using the tool, we were able to perform all our responsibilities in a very smooth and polished manner. This has helped us from recruitment up to employee handling and actually up to their exit.

Although the software has multiple functionalities I still stand with the thought that they could provide us more. There are a lot of opportunities I am still seeking like more intuitive interface, more functionalities that are more specific to employee handling and training's. Although I could say that I am still satisfied with the overall performance.

I am completely happy and satisfied with what I am getting from using fairsail. All our HR requirements are being given in the right and best manner possible. I am just so happy that we switched to this device this completely offer us ease and satisfaction to our employees in terms of the computation of their pay.
