Youlab

PeopleTree's Youlab is a platform dedicated for growing businesses and people who want to spot talent in a busy world by identifying each of your employee's strengths. This platform empowers the entire HR department by providing an efficient piece of software that will get everyone engaged, but that's pretty much it as far as the goodies go. There's not a lot to praise here.

I think their website lacks a lot of things, including the prices - how much would it cost me to get all of their services for a month if I have 100 people working for my business? I don't know, because that's not displayed on their homepage, which is a shame. Also, the user interface is not that great - I've seen multiple other competing companies that at least provide screenshots of their platforms.

Even though the platform itself doesn't provide as much as you would expect, you can definitely find value in Youlab's platform IF you're looking to use the most basic functions, such as the 360 degree feedback option or its unique ability to engage your employees. Other than that, I would have to suggest doing some extended research before making your final choice.
