Yesware

Yesware's best feature is its ability to tell me when exactly someone opens the email I sent. It is a great help in businesses if you depend on knowing if or when your emails get open, no one can tell you that he/she never got your mail, as Yesware tells you exactly when the email was opened! The interface is the best I've seen and I like that it integrates well with Gmail - I can check email opens without having to navigate to a new page.

The only thing I can say I dislike about using Yesware is the notification system. I don't necessarily like to see a notification/pop-up every time I open that tracked email. I already know that I'm opening the email so I don't see a need to get a Yesware notification for that. Besides, I would not recommend the use it Yesware on your personal email.

Yesware is an email tool for salespeople that track emails, create templates, CRM sync, and it helps you close more deals faster. I think every business could benefit using Yesware. Yesware helps me know that my emails are getting through to prospects and clients. Sometimes when your customers tell you they never got your mail, you can easily track that they actually got and read it. On a product level Yesware templates are one of our most used tactics. With Yesware it is easier to know when to reach a client, we always know when a client is in front of their computer or mobile phone. It makes the process of getting in touch with the client easier and less annoying then having to call them multiple times in a day.
