What was the best part about using xCALLY Shuttle?

This is one of the most exceptional multi- channel solution tool designed for inbound contact center calls and comes with an effective drag and drop IVR functionality. The xCally comes with a free trial version to help new users get acquainted with usage of the tool. It is deployed either on cloud, as a SaaS or bed – based solution platform with a 24 hours live rep to attend to users and their many issues.

What would you change about your experience with xCALLY Shuttle?

The XCally can sometimes get a bit complicated with usability. At the initial stage I had to keep in touch with the customer care reps to help me get around the UI but with time I was able to get acquainted with every aspect of the tool. I didn’t experience any issue asides this. Not a bad software afterall.

Overall Feedback

The xCally is somewhat a robust software that offers users functionalities through features like live chat, predictive/ progressive dialer, compliance / campaign management as well as IVR/ voice recognition feature. It is a total package for call center management and also comes with an intuitive UI to make i an all -round user experience that enhances productivity and performance.
