Wow Customer Support is really comprehensive and I was mesmerized that it looks up even small publications – many softwares lack in that. Also, the account rep is always there for you. I must say, I haven’t encountered such high quality of service in a while! The service is usually always very accurate and user-friendly when using it.

The main flaw toWow Customer Support is its price – it is truly very pricey, not to even mention awfully long quoting period. Also, I’d say they are a little „left behind“ with the clips, also it tends to get late with catching articles which for me has made it a little less trustworthy.

Wow Customer Support will most definitely amaze you with it's extreme detail and ability to find data even from small publications - like small-town newspaper. Though it is a little pricy, in the end it is worth it - for the great overview you get, it is a small price to pay.
