Workday is most popularly known as a service solution provider for taking an innovative approach to business applications and extremely low cost of ownership. It is the best alternative to ERP solutions in the Human Resource Management areas. I especially liked the ease of navigation and user friendly interfaces.

I think workday needs to take big strides in stream ling the functionality by limiting the options that are in place at the same conclusion. The retargeting campaign is a constant companion even on display ads of other sites which in my opinion is not an optimum use of the digital investment. I also felt that the product is not taking the market by storm yet. The functionality of various modules are still following the basic methods as opposed to other state of the art human resources software.

I honestly feel Workday is a wonderful system available in the market and would like to see the integration of Workday Payroll and Workday Time tracking and attendance.It is also very well suited for small, medium, and large businesses and the pricing is also reasonably set. Added to it there is a free trial to get familiarized with the features. Our organization is implementing the workday systems and we are quite excited about it.
