I like the intuitive feel of the software which enables sound reasoning in your path to planning and executing of projects. There's a cool relationship between the meetings feature and the goals and workstream features which enables you to have a good understanding and reason for your next steps in a focused, detailed way and in the big picture. You can share all of everything with your team very easily as well. I like the integrations with Google, Slack, Microsoft Outlook and Office 365. These are all key native integrations in my opinion and add a lot of value and extensibility to your account. The combination of goal setting combined with the functionality in of these extra tools ensure there is no reason to mis-communicate or not meet a deadline. It's very cool that your team can make a contribution via the one on one tab or to agendas for the entire team. The collective intelligence involved is just smart but it's empowering as well to ask for and receive this valuable feedback from your best sales tool; your team. The recognition badges is another nice feature which allows you to award team members. It's nice to receive this validation when you're not expecting it and helps create a sense of purpose when you meet your goals. It empowers people to want to do their best and may foster a bit of healthy competition in the workplace to see who is the most productive or efficient or successful and thus most helpful in their contribution to the overall value of your project. I've not had any reason to make contact with their customer support team up until now, but have read very good things about them. They also have an active, growing user community which you can tap into for help anytime. In addition to solid resources to help you in their help section. I've noted that the company listens well to their community to implement updates, correct bugs and integrate feature suggestions too which is great. This to me is one of the best indicators that the company places the user experience as a core priority.

Not that it's particularly complex to take care of but it's going to be a bit of a process to set up your systems using Workboard to be optimal and most efficient. There's a lot to consider and requires some adapting and updating as you go mostly small tweaks which truly utilize your time in the best way across the team.
