They only talk on mails however they have their own conferencing tool but they never use to talk with customer. Sounds fake tool. Might be trap or scam or fraud.

I got lot of mail even after requesting to show me small Demo or PoC for my company use because I cannot directly buy tool from company money without having knowledge. That would be fraud with with my company.

Very bad experience. Company don't talk to customers because they think if you purchased the Visiple VC then only you have right to contact or else just keep mailing them. They will own take decision you can a buyer or not then only company will contact you else just invest and wait for their service for tool functionality. I had words with some of the customers regarding service, they said that they feel lucky when they get reply back. Overall comment, tool is good tool but if you are NOT technical person, don't try. I am going with webex. Little more costly but worth it. You will atleast get proper support when required.
