They were listed in the Better Business Bureau when I checked with no complaints in the previous three years which helped create some trust prior to contacting them. Their SEO Woorank was seventy out of one hundred which was slightly less than the average of about seventy five, though it was still a respectable score and indicated they practice SEO on for their own business which helps validate their expertise and credibility. There were very positive reviews from clients on their site which named the client and company which I appreciated. There were three successful in depth case studies available with performance metrics and screenshots which were great. There were posts on their blog which indicated recent activity and understanding in their field. They were hiring which means they were busy hopefully because of successful clients.

They claimed to be Google Partner certified on their website but when I checked Google.com/partners for their company name there were no results listed. If they were previously certified or have this under a different title they would do well to link to their certification profiles from their website rather than just have the image, or making false claims which diminish credibility.

Despite my issue above there may have been a reason for this and I was impressed by the detail and results in their case studies for these highly competitive industries. So I reached out to learn more about their service directly by reaching out through their website contact form. I got a prompt response and entry point pricing was fair based on North American quotes I had received. Though we would end up going in a different direction.
