If you are looking for an easy-to-use ticketing software catering to the needs of small to medium sized businesses focusing on the need to maximize sales and retain 100% of all ticket and fee revenue then ThunderTix is a great option and the best part is it is real time sales delivery. I especially liked the design to reduce unnecessary clicks, monitoring the tasks like exchange orders and giving refunds. These thus provide access to a large sample of reports customized for each user. The documentation is pretty easy to understand without undue focus on technical jargon and there is always the amazing customer support. 

There is room for improvement in making the user interface more easy to use and improve the aesthetics as the current version is very laborious and pretty ordinary. Our Organization has been using ThunderTix for quite a while and it outshines its competitors by a mile! However in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the quality of details. I also noticed that there is Request a Feature part of the site, however very difficult to access it. .The user interface is certainly not the best in the business and needs lot of fine tuning as also the performance is patchy. The system is not robust and is prone to frequent crashes which require uploading again consuming significant amount of time

Our organization strives to to sell tickets for our events that accommodate 700-900 people. We observed that this tool is very handy at reading between our wordpress website. The technology compatibility is awesome and we are very happy about it though we feel that quality of tickets and general discounts can be increased. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with. Our organization has been using it for over an year and pretty much satisfied with the increase in performance of our sales.
